PTFE Gasket Tri-Clamp 1,5"

PTFE gaskets are great when you need to rotate an installed fitting. Often you will need to tighten them a bit more than a silicone gasket to get a good seal.

• Inner diameter 34.8 mm
• Outer diameter 50.5 mm
• For Tri-Clamp size: 50.5 mm = 1.5"
• Temperature range -70C to 230C

Our kettles and some of our fittings use the DN40 Tri-Clamp size, which has a slightly larger inside diameter than the 1.5" size. For these fittings you should use the DN40 gaskets. Some examples for the use of these gaskets on Craft Hardware products are the 1.5" sight glass and the 2" to 1.5" Tri-Clamp reducer.
