Shipping of goods is generally only available to the countries listed below. Depending on the size and scope of your order, shipping is carried out via DPD, UPS, DHL, or by freight forwarding (carrier). The applicable shipping costs can be found in the information below.

Shipping Cost Exceptions and Restrictions within Germany
1. Exception to Free Shipping (Bulky Items)
Free shipping for orders with a total value of €150.00 or more does not apply to the 115-liter brew kettle. Due to its dimensions and weight, a bulky item surcharge of €30.00 per item is charged, regardless of the order value.
2. Delivery Area
Free shipping applies exclusively to deliveries within mainland Germany. Deliveries to German islands are subject to an additional island surcharge. The amount of this surcharge is displayed during the checkout process.
3. Delivery to DHL Parcel Lockers (Packstation)
Delivery to DHL parcel lockers is only possible for standard parcels with maximum dimensions of 60 × 35 × 35 cm.
Shipping Outside Germany
We ship to all countries within the European Union as well as to many countries worldwide. The flat-rate shipping costs for countries other than Germany that are enabled for online purchases in our shop can be found in the table below:

* For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are to be borne by the recipient. We will prepare the required export and customs documentation; in individual cases, collection from the local customs or tax authority may be required.
Once a delivery address outside Germany is entered, prices in the shop are displayed excluding German VAT.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, the maximum order value in checkout is limited to €1,000 including shipping. For orders exceeding this amount, additional export processing requirements and alternative shipping rates may apply. Please contact us in advance to receive a manual shipping and export quote.
Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK)
Due to UK VAT and customs regulations following Brexit, the following conditions apply to all shipments to the United Kingdom:
- Minimum Order Value: We only accept orders to the UK with a minimum goods value of €170.00 (approx. £148).
- Tax-Free Export (Net): All orders to the UK are processed as tax-free exports (0% VAT). German VAT will not be charged.
- Import Charges: Please be aware that you, as the importer, are responsible for all local charges upon delivery. This includes the UK Import VAT (currently 20%), any applicable customs duties, and the carrier's disbursement/handling fee. These fees are collected directly by the shipping courier (e.g., DHL, UPS) and are not included in our shipping costs.
Special Shipping Conditions for Brew Kettles (International)
1. 40L, 60L, and 85L Brew Kettles
For orders containing 40L, 60L, or 85L brew kettles, the additional costs listed in the table above apply per item. These items are shipped via standard shipping, unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
2. 115-Liter Brew Kettle
Due to its dimensions and weight, the 115-liter brew kettle is subject to special shipping conditions.
Delivery of the 115L kettle to Austria
Delivery of the 115-liter brew kettle to Austria is possible. A fixed shipping surcharge of €55.00 per kettle applies.
Delivery of the 115L kettle to other EU countries (excluding Germany and Austria)
Delivery of the 115-liter brew kettle to other EU countries is not possible via standard parcel shipping, as the maximum size and weight limits of common parcel carriers are exceeded.
In these cases, delivery is only possible via individual freight shipping (forwarding agent). Shipping costs are calculated on request and communicated to the customer in a binding manner before the contract is concluded.
An automatic order of the 115-liter brew kettle with delivery to these countries is not possible via the online shop.
Shipping to Additional Countries
If you wish to have an order shipped to a country that is not enabled in the shop, please contact us before placing an order by email at info@crafthardware.de.
Information on Delivery Time Calculation
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment corresponds to the item with the longest delivery time.
For payment by advance bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the delivery period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day shall apply instead.

Advance payment by bank transfer.
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the intended purpose. Our bank details and payment reference will be provided during checkout. Your order will be shipped after receipt of payment.
PayPal
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also pay by credit card.
Credit Card (Stripe).
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Payments are processed via the payment service provider Stripe.
SOFORT.
You will be redirected to SOFORT to complete the payment.
Cash payment on collection.
You collect the goods yourself and pay in cash on site (no EC/debit card payment possible). We will inform you by email once your order is ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can collect your order by appointment at the following address: Kreuzeckstr. 9a, 86163 Augsburg. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
