Shipping of goods is generally only available to the countries listed below. Depending on the size and scope of your order, shipping is carried out using the carrier best suited to the destination and shipment size, such as DPD, UPS, DHL, or freight forwarding. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout based on the destination country and, where applicable, the total shipment weight. Most destinations use a flat shipping rate. Cyprus uses weight-based shipping due to the significantly higher transport costs.

Shipping Cost Exceptions and Restrictions within Germany
1. Delivery Area
Free shipping applies exclusively to deliveries within mainland Germany. Deliveries to German islands may be subject to an additional island surcharge. The amount of this surcharge is displayed during checkout where delivery is available.
2. Delivery Address
Delivery to DHL Packstations or similar parcel lockers is not available. Please provide a standard delivery address where parcels from DPD or UPS can be delivered.

* For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are to be borne by the recipient. We will prepare the required export and customs documentation; in individual cases, collection from the local customs or tax authority may be required. Once a delivery address outside Germany is entered, prices in the shop are displayed excluding German VAT.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, the maximum order value in checkout is limited to €1,000 including shipping. For orders exceeding this amount, additional export processing requirements and alternative shipping rates may apply. Please contact us in advance to receive a manual shipping and export quote.
Shipping to the United Kingdom (UK)
Due to UK VAT and customs regulations following Brexit, the following conditions apply to all shipments to the United Kingdom:
- Minimum Order Value: We only accept orders to the UK with a minimum goods value of €170.00 net.
- Tax-Free Export: All orders to the UK are processed as tax-free exports with 0% VAT. German VAT will not be charged.
- Import Charges: Please be aware that you, as the importer, are responsible for all local charges upon delivery. This includes UK import VAT, any applicable customs duties, and the carrier's disbursement or handling fee. These fees are collected directly by the shipping courier and are not included in our shipping costs.
Special Shipping Conditions for Brew Kettles (International)
Orders containing brew kettles may be subject to additional shipping charges depending on the destination country. The applicable surcharges are shown in the table above.
Brew kettles are currently not available for delivery to Cyprus. Due to the exceptionally high cost of express transportation, automatic checkout for brew kettles to Cyprus is not available.

Information on Delivery Time Calculation
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment corresponds to the item with the longest delivery time.
For payment by advance bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the delivery period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day shall apply instead.
