As standard, we ship goods only to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, we use the shipping provider best suited to the destination country and shipment size, such as DPD, UPS, DHL or a freight carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and, where applicable, the total shipment weight. Flat-rate shipping charges apply to most countries. For Cyprus, shipping is calculated by weight due to the significantly higher transport costs.

Shipping information for Germany
1. Delivery area
The shipping rates above apply to regular delivery addresses in Germany that can be served by standard parcel carriers. Different shipping conditions may apply to certain islands or special delivery areas.
2. Delivery address
Delivery to DHL Packstations or similar parcel lockers is not possible. Please provide a regular delivery address where parcels can be delivered by DPD or UPS.

* Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes or fees, which are payable by the recipient. We prepare the required export and customs documents. Once a delivery address outside Germany is entered, shop prices are displayed without German VAT.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, the maximum total order value at checkout is limited to €1,000 including shipping costs. Orders above this amount may require additional export handling and different shipping charges. Please contact us in advance so that we can provide a manual shipping and export quotation.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom (UK)
Due to UK tax regulations following Brexit, the following conditions apply:
- Minimum order value: We accept orders to the United Kingdom only from a net goods value of €170.00.
- VAT-free supply: Orders are shipped net with 0% VAT.
- Customs and charges: UK import VAT, any customs duties and the parcel carrier's handling fee will be charged to you directly by the shipping provider upon delivery.
Special shipping rules for brew kettles outside Germany
Orders containing brew kettles may incur additional shipping costs depending on the destination country. These surcharges are added to the standard shipping charge and are listed in the table above.
Brew kettles are currently not shipped to Cyprus, Madeira or the Azores. Automatic online ordering of brew kettles is therefore not available for these destinations.
If shipping to a particular country is not available through the online shop, please contact us before placing your order. We will review the available shipping options and, where possible, provide an individual quotation.

Information on calculating the delivery period
If you order several items with different delivery times as part of a single order, we will ship the goods together unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time for the complete shipment is determined by the item in your order with the longest delivery time.
For advance payment by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends at the end of the final day of the stated period. If the final day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday officially recognized at the place of delivery, the next business day will apply instead.

Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account and include the specified payment reference. Our bank details and the required payment reference will be provided during order processing. Your order will be shipped only after payment has been received in our account.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also pay by credit card through PayPal.
Credit card (Stripe).
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Credit card payments are processed using Stripe.
