Our online shop will remain open, and orders will continue to be processed and shipped as usual during this period.
Please note, however, that our customer service availability will be limited from August 21 through September 10. Requests or orders requiring manual clarification may therefore take longer than usual to process.
This applies in particular to missing or unclear shipping address information, as well as other cases requiring manual review.
For business customers
During this period, please place orders directly through our online shop rather than submitting manual orders by email.
With an approved company account, business customers can select payment by invoice and enter a purchase order (PO) number if required.
If your company does not yet have the necessary account access, you can request a company account through our website. Please allow a few days for review and activation.
We therefore recommend requesting access in advance and placing any time-sensitive orders online as early as possible.
Normal availability will resume on September 11.
