Tri-Clamp Double Sided Bulkhead Adapter

Tri-Clamp bulkhead adapter with Tri-Clamp flanges on both sides. Convert your kettle or lid to Tri-Clamp with this two piece threaded fitting! Drill a 41 mm hole in your vessel and screw the fitting together (the gasket goes on the outside). Now you can connect any 1.5″ Tri-Clamp fitting on both the inside and the outside of your kettle or lid. Great for adding CIP fittings or anywhere you want to add a Tri-Clamp fitting without welding. Inner diameter is 34.8 mm.

Our Tri-Clamp dip tubes will not fit through this fitting, it is too long. If you want to add a dip tube, please use our standard weldless Tri-Clamp Bulkhead.

If you need the fitting to be watertight for passthrough applications (i.e. a connection on the inside of the kettle) then you will need to use Teflon band on the fitting threads.
