Bulkhead, Lid, 1.5" Tri-Clamp

A Tri Clamp 1.5? Bulkhead with 6 degree offset angle to screw into our kettle lids.

Can be used as an adapter for the steam condenser or hop port. Requires a 42mm hole. Includes a 1.25? stainless lockring, a 38mm ID Silicone Gasket with lip, and 1.25? stainless steel washer. The gasket and washer are used to protect the lid from being scratched, and are not strictly required. 

• Inner diameter 34.5 mm
• Tri-Clamp size 50.5 mm = 1.5"
• Required hole size 41-42 mm
• Flange offset 6 degrees

Just to be clear: our lids have an approximately 6 degree slope. If this fitting is used with a flat lid, it will be slanted at a 6 degree angle.

Note: the fitting is not water tight and must be used above the wort level.

To install, place the gasket over the threads and insert fitting into hole in the lid. Rotate until it is level. Place the washer and then tighten the lock nut.
